Conditions for using the BeepMe app.

1. General information

BeepMe is a productivity and organizer app for iPhone, developed by:

2. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing or using BeepMe, you confirm that:

• you are at least the minimum legal age to enter into contracts in your country of residence;
• you have read and understood these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy;
• you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the app on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeepMe on your iPhone, in accordance with these terms and with the Apple App Store rules.

You may not:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law;
• redistribute, resell or sublicense the app to third parties;
• use the app for illegal purposes or in ways that may harm the app, our infrastructure or other users.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The app provides a 14-day local trial starting at first launch. The local trial is not a purchase and does not activate a subscription by itself. Continued premium access requires the yearly subscription explicitly purchased through Apple. The price and any applicable introductory offer are shown in the App Store purchase sheet in your region's currency.

The subscription renews automatically under Apple's terms until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore for eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

The beta is distributed through TestFlight. Sandbox test purchases are separate from real App Store purchases.

5. User-generated content

BeepMe allows you to add your own content (tasks, projects, notes, car-related information, payments, passwords, etc.). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and confidentiality of this content.

We encourage you not to add excessively sensitive data or information you do not wish to store on your device or in any related services (for example backup or cloud), depending on how your operating system is configured.

6. AI features and automatic task generation

BeepMe may include AI-based features to automatically generate tasks and projects based on the descriptions you provide.

AI-generated results are intended as assistance only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise). You remain responsible for reviewing and adjusting any AI-generated content so that it fits your real-world needs and context.

7. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep BeepMe available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or continuously available.

To the extent permitted by law, Aristarch Software SRL is not liable for:

• loss of data caused by external factors (hardware failures, iOS issues, device loss, etc.);
• decisions made solely on the basis of content stored in the app or AI-generated suggestions;
• indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Security

We rely on iOS security mechanisms (such as Face ID or PIN lock, if these options are enabled and available in the app) to help protect access to your data.

You are responsible for protecting your device, unlock codes and any credentials used in connection with the app.

9. Changes to the app

We reserve the right to modify, update or temporarily/permanently discontinue certain features of the app, with or without prior notice, when we consider it necessary.

We will try, where reasonably possible, to avoid major disruptions and to communicate important changes in the app or in its App Store description.

10. Termination

You may stop using BeepMe at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. In certain cases (for example abuse, fraud attempts or illegal use), we reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to some associated services.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in Romania. Any dispute will, to the extent permitted by law, be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
