How the task generator works
From “I want to…” to a clear action plan.
The goal of the AI module is to help you move faster from ideas to concrete actions. You don’t need to be a project management expert to get a usable plan.
1. Describe what you want to achieve
In the AI Assistant screen, you type in natural language: “I want to start a small pastry business”, “I want to renovate my apartment”, “I want to learn React”, or “I want to get my finances under control”.
2. BeepMe suggests projects and tasks
The AI analyzes your description and suggests one or more projects with a list of tasks, ordered in a logical way. Tasks may include hints about priorities or recommended deadlines.
3. You review, keep and adjust
You decide which tasks to keep, change or delete. You can add your own steps, reorder the list and link tasks to other BeepMe modules (My Car, Payments, Notes and more).

- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- You do not need to include real names, ID numbers or extremely sensitive details in AI prompts.
