How it works
3 steps to bring order to the chaos.
BeepMe is built to be simple enough for anyone to use – not just “very techy” people. Install it, create a few spaces and let your phone help you with the rest.
1. Install and choose what to track
Install BeepMe on your iPhone and choose what you want to start with: ToDo list, projects, appointments, your car, payments or passwords. Start small and add more over time.
2. Add tasks, projects, events and key dates
Create tasks, multi-step projects, log your appointments and events, and set reminders for car-related items and payments. Everything in the same interface, so nothing gets lost.
3. BeepMe reminds you; you just tick
When a due date, appointment, service or payment is coming up, BeepMe notifies you. You decide whether to tick it off, reschedule it or turn it into a new project.
Install the beta through TestFlight. For the App Store version, the subscription price is shown before purchase and may vary by country. The 14-day local trial does not activate a subscription automatically.

Do I need to know project management to use it?
No. You can use BeepMe just as a ToDo list and appointments manager.
The project features are there when you feel you need to break work into smaller steps.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After the trial, you can activate the yearly subscription at the price shown in the App Store.
If you choose not to continue, you’ll lose access to new features and reminders.
Can I move my existing information into BeepMe?
Yes. You can copy tasks, notes, appointments and key dates from the apps you’ve been using.
BeepMe is meant to become your single place for organization.
How does BeepMe protect my data?
Organizer data is managed on your device, with Face ID / PIN options. AI chat and weather use online services; see the Privacy Policy.
Can I use BeepMe on multiple iPhones?
Data is stored on your device. Use only the sync or backup options explicitly available in your installed version.
